Specification

Uni-Flash consists of a base manufactured from a soft and malleable aluminium, towhich an EPDM flexible cone is secured. The cone is marked with pipesizes and a simple pull-tab eliminates the need for on-site cutting.

Onepiece construction engineered for profiled roofing materials, Uni-Flashworks on all types of roofing surfaces, including metal, plastic, tile,rubber membrane, and others. The bendable base forms a seal with anycontour, surface irregularities or roof pitch

Made of EPDM, Uni-Flash is compounded specifically for maximum resistance to weathering due to ozone and ultraviolet light.

Application

Installation can be carried out within minutes. No cutting is required on-site. Just pull the required diameter tab.

Only three different flashings cover the whole diameter range from 75mm to 455mm. Each flashing can handle all roof pitches from 0° to 45° anglesreducing the need to carry a large variety of flashing stocks.
